Bellevue Interior Home Reveal Painting Transformation

Want to see a drastic transformation? This Bellevue home went from outdated to modern with the help of new paint! Don’t take our word for it, see for yourself! The owner of this home was renovating in order to sell his home. He saw the importance of painting in this process and had our company come in and paint the walls, ceilings, millwork and kitchen cabinets in neutral colors to make the home more desirable to potential home buyers. The result: the house sold right after being listed!

The first thing we did for this interior was use floor masking paper to protect all the floors. Next we removed all the kitchen cabinets and transported them to our shop to be finished off-site. We then started in on wall repair, as well as door, trim and cabinet face repair. Prep work is key to making old walls and millwork look brand new. Painting of trim, doors and cabinet faces was the next step of the process. We had a separate team working off-site at our shop prepping and then painting the cabinet doors and drawers. Simultaneously we painted the walls, ceilings, millwork and kitchen cabinet bases. Once the kitchen cabinets were dry we put them back together. The final step of the process was touching up any missed areas and cleaning up our trails. Our client was thrilled with the final result and was even more excited when his house sold very soon after being on the market! The paint colors we used were Benjamin Moore Revere Pewter HC-172 for the walls, Sherwin Williams straight white for the ceilings, and Benjamin Moore White Dove OC-17 for the millwork, kitchen cabinets and kitchen island.
