About This Project

We painted the exterior siding and trim of this beautiful Seattle home in September 2018. Trim was painted cream, body was painted a striking yellow. We started by pressure washing the house, and after waiting an appropriate amount of time came back to do the prep work and painting. The preparation included moving all outdoor furniture away from the house and covering it, protecting plants, and masking all surfaces not to receive paint. We then scraped chipping paint, sanded, and primed. Next we sprayed and back rolled the body color with two coats. Afterward we went around the house hand painting the trim. Lastly, we cleaned up and did final touch ups.
