About This Project

We used a three-step process to paint this 8-story condominium complex in downtown Seattle. All steps required the use of lifts to reach the upper levels of the building. First, we cleaned the exterior using a light bleach solution diluted in water. Second, we prepped the building by masking, scraping off failing paint, sanding, and priming. After the first two steps were complete, we painted the building using spray and backrolling and then checked over the building for final touch-ups.
