Commercial Warehouse Monroe

We painted the exterior of this warehouse building in Monroe in using paint from Sherwin Williams. This project required an exterior application including special preparation around roll-up doors, trim colors, metal railings and even yellow protective posts. Notice the striping along the upper building and across the windows. This significantly improved the value of this commercial building and can potential increase the leasing space costs for the landlord.

We took great care to protect dock bay rubber pads and the electrical and lighting fixtures. Each custom commercial painting project we do requires specific attention to detail and an elaborate outlined scope of work to ensure the client is very satisfied.
