FAQ

How much will my project cost?

Every project is priced by our estimators based on a number of factors. Projects can be as small as painting one door and as large as an entire hotel. Depending on the size of a job, a given project could cost anywhere from a $100 dollars to over $100,000. We provide free, no obligation estimates in order to assess the project cost for your specific job.

How long will my project take?

As discussed above, each project is unique and has a time frame to fit. Our Estimators and Project Managers are able to give project duration estimates based off of site visits. Weather also has a part to play in how long a job will take. Due to the great amount of rain we experience in the Pacific Northwest, exterior project can be delayed because of weather restrictions.

Can you give me an estimate without physically coming out to the site?

Site visits allow our estimators to gather the information necessary to create thorough estimates. Due to the large number of factors that go into creating our estimates, site visits are a vital aspect of our bidding process. For new construction projects site visits are not an option and architectural plans are used to create estimates. On rare occasions we are able to give rough pricing estimates without site visits to already built projects.

What can I expect of the estimating process?

Once we receive a request for an estimate from a prospective client our office staff will contact you to schedule an estimate date and time. During the estimate one of our trained estimators will walk the building, ask questions, offer suggestions and answer questions about the project. Estimates are sent via email within the next few days. If our company is chosen to do the work we promptly put you on our master schedule.

Do you provide warranties?

We provide a 10-year warranty on the siding of painted exteriors. You can view a PDF of a sample warranty for reference. We reserve the right not to cover all exterior painted projects under this warranty. Check with your estimator to find out if we can provide a warranty for your project.

What do I need to do to in order to prepare for the painting and staining process?

For all preparation information, view ourĀ Homeowner Preparation.

Do I need to be there for the Pressure Wash?

It is not necessary that you are home the day of the pressure wash or that you take the day off work. It is, however, important that you are not out of town when we pressure wash. This is so you can walk through your interior to check near windows for any water that may have seeped through. Our pressure wash team is careful not to spray direct pressure near windows, but water does sometimes does come through. Being home at some point during the same day that the pressure wash takes place ensures that if there is water that seeped through, you can clean it up before it causes any water damage to the interior of your home.

Do I need to be there for the Exterior Painting?
